SQL OFFLINE ENTERPRISE EDITION

The ENTERPRISE edition allows a you to deploy SQL Offline within your company.
You are also provided a login to create Online Package Receipts.

You may then login here to download the registered version installer and MSI.

SQL Offline Edition License Differences

The full license agreement is available during installation. The following is taken from the GRANT OF LICENSE section:

If you download a Desktop Edition of the software, you agree to be bound by the provisions in subparagraph (a) below, and if you download an Enterprise Edition of the software, you agree to be bound by the provisions in subparagraph (b) below:

(a) Desktop Edition: Customer may install and use one copy of the Desktop Edition of the software on a single computer, and except for making one back-up copy of the Desktop Edition of the software, may not otherwise copy or distribute the Desktop Edition of the software. The Desktop Edition of the software may not be shared, distributed or used concurrently: i) on additional or different computers; or ii) over a network where it could be used by multiple computers at the same time. Customer may not install or copy the Desktop Edition of the software using any method other than the SQL Offline Setup program and may not automate or suppress that installation interface. Customer is prohibited from using the MSI Merge Module with, and is prohibited from performing any automated distribution of, the Desktop Edition of the software.

(b) Enterprise Edition: Customer may install and use copies of the Enterprise Edition of the software on multiple computers, provided that the computers are owned or leased by Customer and are used and controlled by the Customer and its directors, officers, employees and/or agents to advance the Customer’s business, professional or trade activities (“Enterprise Computers”). Customer may make a reasonable number of back-up copies of the Enterprise Edition of the software for use with its Enterprise Computers. Customer may install and copy the Enterprise Edition of the software to its Enterprise Computers either by using the SQL Offline Setup program or by using the MSI Merge Module as part of automated installations and distributions.
